- 40% of the total rental amount must be paid at the time of making the reservation, by transfer or by credit card. *
- A second payment of 30% of the total rent, at least 30 days before arrival, by transfer or by credit card.
- The rest on the arrival day in cash, after making the check-in, which will be paid with tourist fees and accessories if there is one.
Payment is not accepted through bank checks or holiday checks.
* If after 3 days the first payment has not been received, VACANCES COSTA BRAVA reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice. Depending on where the transfer is made, it should be taken into account that it may take a few days to be effective in our account.
Cancellation of the reservation
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant, VACANCES COSTA BRAVA undertakes to return the full amount (minus a minimum of € 30 of management expenses) provided that the property is rented again for the same amount . Otherwise the difference will be refunded but in no case will you have to return the amount of the reservation or accept changes.
Indemnities due to resignation of the stay
If the client of a tourist accommodation wishes to end the stay before the contract termination date, he or she may not renegotiate the rent amount nor demand a return.
Arrivals and departures schedules
The time of arrival is stipulated in the contract for each rental, being the maximum arrival time at 19h00 hours. The departure must be made before 10 am in the morning. If you can not adjust to this schedule, you should contact VACANCES COSTA BRAVA to specify another day or time to make the check-in and / or check (always with prior notice and depending on the availability of the agency), and you will be given will inform of the supplement to pay.
Obligations of the client
The occupation of the accommodation will be limited to the number of people indicated in the contract, including the children (who go without their own bed and have more than 18 months) as people for the purposes of employment. VACANCES COSTA BRAVA may prevent entry to the same if you exceed the permitted number. If it is detected that during the stay there is a greater number of people to the authorized one, the contract will be automatically canceled, and may proceed to the eviction of the property.
The tenant has the obligation to leave the lodging collected and presentable, take the option of cleaning or not. This includes that the dishware must be clean and placed in its place, the refrigerator with no traces of food and the trash should have been emptied. The outside garden or terrace as well as the barbecue, if there is one, must also be left in the same conditions found on arrival. If the tenant does not leave their accommodation in the aforementioned status, VACANCES COSTA BRAVA reserves the right to cover any extra cleaning expenses through the deposit.
The tenant must respect the Rules of the Community of Owners to which the accommodation belongs. In case of negligence or inappropriate behavior, VACANCES COSTA BRAVA reserves the right to cancel the rental contract with immediate effect and without prior notice.
In all the cases mentioned,VACANCES COSTA BRAVA will not be obligated to return the amount of the rent paid by the client.
The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the rented property that must be entered in the account number indicated by VACANCES COSTA BRAVA. If you do not receive the deposit on the day of arrival, the person who will checkin will be required to pay in cash. This amount will be returned within a maximum period of 3 days once the state of the property has been verified, by bank transfer.
In case of damages VACANCES COSTA BRAVA reserves the right to withhold the pertinent amount to cover the cost of damages caused. In case of damages exceeding the amount of the deposit, VACANCES COSTA BRAVA will claim the tenant the remaining amount to cover the damages and in case of not paying, it will take the pertinent legal actions.
Inventory of real estate
The rented property has the necessary utensils for the number of people who occupy them. If at the moment they arrive they observe that something is lacking (glasses, plates, ...) they must communicate it to the agency the same day of arrival. In the same way, if during your stay something breaks you must communicate it to VACANCES COSTA BRAVA and return the object for one of equal or superior characteristics, or by default to pay its value. COSTA BRAVA HOLIDAYS reserves the right to withhold the amount of the object / s broken or damaged / s.
Expenses included in the rent
The rental price includes the consumption of water, gas and electricity, except for those properties that due to their characteristics or the length of the rental may lead to excessive consumption. In those cases where the rental price does not include the consumption of the supplies, it will be informed of the rental conditions before making the reservation. Although the supplies are included in the rental price, responsibility and measurement is required in its use and consumption for the good of our environment. Other expenses such as communal, tax, rubbish, etc. are also included in the price.
In the contract of each property you will find the option of the final cleaning and its price. If you do not want to take the option to clean, you should leave the property clean, clean and in the same conditions as the day of arrival. COSTA BRAVA HOLIDAYS reserves the right to withhold the deposit to cover the expense of cleaning if the property is not in the appropriate conditions at the time of checkout.
The rent does NOT INCLUDE sheets or towels. COSTA BRAVA HOLIDAYS offers bed linens and towels for your clients. If you are interested in this service, you must notify in advance. Otherwise VACANCES COSTA BRAVA does not guarantee the availability of the supplier.
